Maqasid Syariah Paradigma Baru Dalam sistem hukum Islam, the implication of the purpose ( Dilalah al-Maqsid ) merupakan ekspresi baru yang akhir-akhir ini mengemuka di kalangan modernis Islam, dalam rangka memodernisasi Usul al-Fiqh .
